By downloading, accessing, or using AirSong, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the app on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are their parent or legal guardian and agree to these terms on their behalf.
2. Description of Service
AirSong is an AI-powered platform that allows families to create original songs based on their ideas. By providing a prompt or voice recording, our AI generates lyrics, music, and artwork. Each song creation requires "credits," which are provided upon signup or via a paid subscription.
3. User Accounts and Subscriptions
AirSong does not use traditional accounts. You are identified by an anonymous device ID. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and RevenueCat. Paid subscriptions provide a monthly credit allotment. Payments are processed by Apple, and we do not store your credit card information. All sales are final, and no refunds are provided except as required by Apple's policies.
4. User Content
You are responsible for the prompts and voice recordings you provide. By using the service, you grant AirSong the right to process this content to generate your songs. You represent that you have the right to provide such content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
5. Prohibited Uses
AirSong is designed for family-friendly use. You must not use the app to generate harmful, offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content. We reserve the right to restrict access to the service if these guidelines are violated.
6. Intellectual Property
Users retain the rights to use their generated songs (audio, lyrics, and artwork) for personal, non-commercial use. Middle Middle LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in the AirSong platform, underlying AI technologies, and the service itself.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
AirSong is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content can be unpredictable. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your expectations or be error-free at all times.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Middle Middle LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or the content generated by the AI.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to AirSong at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.
