We collect an anonymous device ID to identify your session. We also collect voice recordings (stored temporarily for transcription), song prompts, and generated song metadata (titles, lyrics, and images). We track your subscription status via RevenueCat.

2. How We Use Information

Collected information is used to generate your songs, provide customer support, and manage your subscription. Voice recordings are used solely to transcribe your song ideas into text for our AI engine.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third parties to power AirSong: Supabase (database/storage), fal.ai (transcription), OpenRouter/Anthropic (lyrics), Fuzz Music (audio generation), and RevenueCat (subscription management). Payment processing is handled entirely by the Apple App Store.

4. Data Retention

Voice recordings are deleted shortly after transcription. Generated songs and their metadata are stored in our secure database as part of your personal library. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

5. User Rights

You have the right to access the songs you've created and can request the deletion of your data associated with your device ID. Since we do not use emails or passwords, requests are handled via the app or your device settings.

6. Children's Privacy

AirSong is designed for families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental involvement. Parents are the primary account holders via their device ID. We do not sell data or display ads to children.

7. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures provided by our infrastructure partner, Supabase, to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

8. Changes to Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our service evolves. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
